CUTANA™ Protease Inhibitor Tablets

Product Description

This EDTA-free cocktail inhibits various serine and cysteine proteases, resulting in stabilization of target proteins isolated from animal tissues, plants, and yeast for in situ assays like ChIC/CUT&RUN Kit or CUT&Tag Kits. Absence of EDTA and other chelating agents is essential for the controlled activation of pAG-MNase  and pAG-Tn5, but leaves metallo- and aspartic proteases inhibited. This product is also used in the preparation of CUTANA™ Nuclei Extraction Buffer.

Technical Information

Reconstitute each tablet in 420 µL (15-1027-S) or 2 mL (15-1027-L) molecular biology-grade water to prepare a 25X stock. Leftover 25X protease inhibitor can be stored for 12 weeks at -20ºC.
