Product Details
Streamlined automation for reproducible library preparation
The NEXTFLEX Rapid Directional RNA-Seq Auto Kit 2.0 is engineered for automated library preparation on liquid handling platforms such as Sciclone™ G3 NGSx and Zephyr™ G3 systems. Pre-configured workflows and automation-friendly reagent volumes reduce manual intervention, minimize sample-to-sample variability, and support consistent processing across 96-well plate formats.
High-quality stranded RNA-seq data
The kit preserves strand orientation through dUTP-based second-strand synthesis, enabling accurate detection of antisense transcripts and improved transcriptome annotation. It supports comprehensive profiling of mRNA, circular RNA, and both polyadenylated and non-polyadenylated long non-coding RNA, including low-abundance targets critical for discovery and differential expression studies.
Consistent performance across input ranges
Optimized chemistry supports a broad input range from 5 ng to 5 µg total RNA or 5 ng to 1 µg rRNA-depleted RNA, maintaining uniform coverage and high library complexity across sample types. This flexibility enables a single workflow for both precious low-input samples and large-scale studies.
Designed for scalable, multiplexed sequencing
Compatible with Illumina® and Element Biosciences™ AVITI™ platforms, the kit supports high-throughput applications with up to 384-plex indexing using NEXTFLEX RNA-Seq 2.0 barcodes. Low duplication rates and high library complexity maximize usable sequencing reads, reducing sequencing costs in large studies.
