3rd Generation Packaging System Mix (Cat. No. LV053-ABM) offers maximal biosafety as the lentiviral Rev gene is supplied as an independent vector from other structure genes and will only support 3rd Generation lentiviral expression vectors with a chimeric 5' LTR, making it TAT-independent.

DNAfectin™ Plus Transfection Reagent (Cat. No. G2500-ABM) is a unique formulation of polycations and liposomes, which guarantees high transfection efficiency in a wide variety of cell types including primary cells.
