pMD2.G Envelope Expressing Plasmid

Product Description

pMD2.G contains the envelope protein VSV-G, see map below.

Together with other Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) lentiviral packaging plasmids, these plasmids provide all necessary structural, regulatory, and replication proteins required to produce pseudotyped packaged lentiviral expression constructs. Two Ready-to-use Lentiviral Packaging Plasmid Mix options are available:

• Ready-to-use Lentiviral Packaging 2-Plasmid Mix including Packaging Plasmid pMD2.G together with psPAX2
• Ready-to-use Lentiviral Packaging 3-Plasmid Mix including Packaging Plasmid pMD2.G together with pGAG and pREV
