P-gp inhibitor 2 is a potent P-gp inhibitor. P-gp inhibitor 2 shows reverse Doxorubicin resistance ( IC 50 =0.22 µM) in P-gp overexpressing human colorectal carcinoma cells (SW600 Ad300) .
