The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human PDGF Receptor β around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 751(V-D-YP-V-P).

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
