Stellaris® FISH Probes, Zebrafish neurog 1 with Quasar® 670

Product Description

Stellaris® FISH Probes, Zebrafish neurog 1 with Quasar® 670 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions.

Designed to detect neurog 1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).

Design Criteria

Product was designed against neurogenin 1 neurog 1 a.k.a. ngn1; ngr1; cb260; zNgn1; neurod3; chunp6899 (NCBI gene ID:30239) and nucleotides 1-1399 of NM_131041.1. N/A

The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Fluorescence Parameters

  • Absorption Maximum (Lambda Max): 590 nm
  • Fluorescence Maximum: 610 nm

Product Usage

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles.

For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month.

For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
