(+)-JNJ-A07

(+)-JNJ-A07 is a potent, pan-serotypic dengue inhibitor targeting the NS3-NS4B interaction. (+)-JNJ-A07 has a nanomolar to picomolar effect on 21 clinical isolates. (+)-JNJ-A07 exhibited good pharmacokinetic profile and was able to significantly treat dengue virus infection in a mouse model of infection.
