Description
Polmacoxib is a first-in-class NSAID drug candidate, is a dual inhibitor of carbonic anhydrase (CA) and COX-2. Polmacoxib inhibits premalignant and malignant colorectal lesions in mouse models, partly through inhibiting tumor cell proliferation.
