E. cloni 10G BAC-Optimized Electrocompetent Cells are the the first competent cells developed specifically for large DNA cloning. Manufactured using a novel procedure that maximises transformation efficiencies with very large inserts, 10G BAC-Optimised Cells are an excellent choice for BAC library construction and large construct transformation.
Phage T1 resistant. Ideal for Gibson Assembly.
