5'-Amino-5'-deoxyadenosine

5'-Amino-5'-deoxyadenosine (NH2dAdo) is an adenosine kinase inhibitor targeting malignant tumors of the inert lymphatic system with antitumor and anticancer effects.The anticancer mechanism of 5'-Amino-5'-deoxyadenosine is mediated by inhibition of DNA synthesis, induction of apoptosis, and other mechanisms. The anti-cancer mechanism of 5'-Amino-5'-deoxyadenosine is realized by inhibiting DNA synthesis and inducing apoptosis.
