PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) are recommended for optimal cell culture.PriGrow III (TM003) + 10% FBS + 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255), 37.0°C, 5% CO₂.Note:Regular subculturing is essential; avoid media colour change to yellow or cell overgrowth. Split cells at 60-70% confluency;complete confluence should be avoided.

The H10 cell line is a pre-osteoclast cell line established from RAW264.7 macrophages. This cell line demonstrates a high potential for RANKL-induced osteoclastogenesis.
