The Hamster (CHO) GSTp ELISA is quantitative immunoassay for the determination of Glutathione S-Transferase Pi (GSTp) in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell supernatant and extract samples.

Background

GSTp is a persistent host cell protein (HCP) contaminant and one of the 30 most abundant HCPs identified in CHO antibody production (1,2).
