This kit enables the user to generate active mature DCs from Mouse Bone Marrow Cells in 7~8 days.

The Mouse Bone Marrow-derived Dendritic Cells (BMDC) Differentiation and Culture Kit includes Mouse DC Cell Differentiation MIX (1000X) and Mouse DC Cell Maturation MIX (1000X), which has been developed for the in vitro culture and differentiation of Mouse Bone Marrow Cells into dendriticcells (DCs) and their subsequent maturation into fully active mature DCs.
