The Human Th1/Th2 Flow Cytometry Staining Kit was developed to monitor T helper cell differentiation by analyzing samples of lymphocytes in vitro or cells cultured in experimental model systems. 

The product has good compatibility and can be used for simultaneous detection of cell surface antigens and intracellular antigen using a one-step method. Compared with the two-step method, the steps are shorter and the detection time is shortened.

The ability of TH cells, also known as helper T cells, to differentiate into Th1, Th2, and Th17 cells is very weak at rest. There are only a very small number of Th1, Th2, and Th17 cells in the peripheral blood, when Th cells are stimulated by external factors, TH0 will differentiate into Th1, Th2 or Th17, depending on the type of cytokines in the microenvironment, the percentage of Th1, Th2 or Th17 cells in the activated T lymphocyte was determined by measuring the expression of IFN-γ, IL-4 or IL-17A in the samples. This product provides a mixture of four-color fluorescence-labeled antibodies that specifically bind to human CD3, CD4, IFN-γ (for detection of Th1) and IL-4(for detection of Th2) and can detect Th1 and Th2 cells by multicolor flow cytometry.
