Product Description
Norgen’s 2019-nCoV Primer & Probe Mixes includes 3 assays in individual tubes. Each assay tube contains 2 primers and 1 TaqMan® probe which are premixed to the working concentrations recommended by the CDC.
The assays are each targeting one of the two nCoV nucleocapsid target genes RNA (N1 and N2) or RNase P which serves as an internal control. The provided 2019-nCoV Primer & Probe Mixes are based on the recommended CDC primer/probe sets.
