Additional Information
CHO cells were transfected with pEYFP-N1/EGFR to establish the EGFR Stable CHO Cell Line. The cells were selected with 800 μg/ml G418, then sorted through FACS for fluorescence-positive cells. May be used alongside with EGFR-K721A Stable CHO Cell Line (abm, Cat. No. T6256) to study EGFR.
