Capable of producing pre-pro-B cells, Immortalized Mouse Basophil Cells (EML C.1) – SV40 are dependent on SCF and have erythroid, myeloid, and lymphoid potentials. Immortalized Mouse Basophil Cells (EM C.1) – SV40 can be used in the study of the differentiation of lymphohematopoietic progenitor cells.
