Firefly Luciferase Substrate was developed for reporter quantitation in mammalian cells. It detects firefly luciferase activity in Signosis' luciferase reporter product lines, including stable cell lines and TF reporter plasmids, as well as other firefly reporters in the market.  This reagent produces a strong light signal that is comparable to competitors' substrates but at a more cost-effective price.

Signosis Firefly Luciferase Substrate should be used with the Luciferase Cell Culture lysis buffer 5x.
