Wonder Taq Hot Start - Taq Polymerase

Product Description

Wonder Taq Hot Start is a recombinant thermostable DNA polymerase complexed with a monoclonal antibody and recommended for highly specific and fast hot start PCR reactions. An active complex of Wonder Taq Hot Start dissociates automatically during the first denaturation step, allowing activation of DNA polymerase. This procedure gives automatic hot start avoiding amplification artifacts such as primer-dimer formation, mispriming and allowing PCR reaction assembly at room temperature. Wonder Taq Hot Start is supplied with an optimized 5X Wonder Taq Hot Start Reaction buffer already containing dNTPs, MgCl₂ and enhancers.
