ADS Exo-Alp PCR Cleanup Mix removes residual PCR primers and dNTPs that may interfere with downstream cycle sequencing reactions, thereby generating cleaner sequencing background and better peak separations.

Compared to common PCR purification methods, such as spin column and magnetic bead purification methods, the ADS Exo-Alp PCR Cleanup Mix uses enzymes to clean up PCR reactions.

The cleanup method needs little hands-on time and eliminates sample loss caused by multiple washes in other methods. The cleaned PCR product can be directly used for downstream cycle sequencing without further purification.

In addition to Sanger sequencing application, the product can also be used to clean PCR products for single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) and next-generation sequencing (NGS).
