RapiDxFire qPCR 5X Master Mixes + dUTP/UNG (and ROX) are formulated for carry-over amplicon contamination control for use in automated, centralized pathogen testing workflows. The multiplex master mixes contain RapiDxFIre Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase, Uracil-N- Glycosylase (UNG), dNTPs with dUTP, optimized buffer components, and optional ROX reference dye.
