Product Description
The Hamster (CHO) Nidogen-1 (NDN) ELISA is a quantitative immunoassay (ELISA) for the determination of Nidogen-1 (NDN) in hamster (CHO) cell supernatant and extract samples.
Background
Nidogen-1 is a CHO host cell protein (HCP) found in abundance in both batch and fed-batch cultures. It is difficult to remove and negatively affects products quality (1,2).
