The TGEX™-AC-Zeo is a mammalian expression vector designed for the secretion of recombinant proteins in the culture supernatant. As such, TGEX™-AC-Zeo is the precursor of all TGEX™ antibody vectors for the expression of antibody molecules. Using transient transfection technologies, many recombinant proteins yield between 10 mg/L and 200 mg/L and more in serum-free conditions in just a few days.
