Pinpoint FISH is a fully synthetic FISH technology based on single stranded fluorescently labeled DNA oligonucleotides.

Pinpoint FISH will run on standard cytogenetic systems, requires no special equipment, and produces data indistinguishable from BAC FISH. Standard Pinpoint FISH DNA Probes are available with 5 different fluorophores. Other fluorophores are available upon request. Please contact us for additional information.
