The genome-wide human, mouse and rat 3'UTR microRNA target reporter clones developed by our partner GeneCopoeia can be used for microRNA target identification and functional validation of predicted targets, or to study the regulatory effect of microRNAs on target genes. They are provided in two vector formats with different dual reporter genes: Secreted Gaussia Luciferase (GLuc) & Secreted Alkaline Phosphatase (SEAP) or Firefly Luciferase (FLuc) & Renilla Luciferase (RLuc).
Using a secreted and robust Gaussia Luciferase (GLuc) as the reporter, GeneCopoeia GLuc-ON promoter reporter clones are designed for promoter analysis by detecting the real-time activities of over 20,000 human and 18,000 mouse promoters in live cell assays.
