100 ug of each of the six fluorescent proteins including the Enhanced Green fluorescent protein (EGFP), dsRed and mCherry Red fluorescent proteins, Blue fluorescent protein (BFP), Yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) and Cyan fluorescent protein (CFP). Recombinant fluorescent proteins were expressed and purified from transformed E. coli using a method that ensures highest purity and maximal fluorescence intensity. These proteins are suitable for a variety of applications including as control reagent for fluorescent protein expression studies, as standards for SDS-PAGE and Western blot analysis, as well as use for calibration of fluorometers and flow cytometers, fluorescence microscopy, and microinjection of fluorescent proteins into cells and tissues, etc. The recombinant fluorescent proteins can also be conjugated to other proteins. Fluorescent protein antibodies are also available separately.
