The GeBAflex-tube is designed for the rapid, high-performance extraction of macromolecules without contamination. Mega GeBAflex-tube Kits (MWCO 12-14 kDa) allow for the large-scale protein dialysis of antibodies with a recovery of >98%. They enable you to carry out dialysis procedures in a high-throughput manner accommodating a large number of samples in a single buffer tank. Samples are easily handled using a standard pipette for loading and unloading. The applied semi-permeable membranes are ultra-clean, EDTA-treated and free of proteases, RNases, DNases, sulfur and heavy metals.
