EvaGreen qPCR Mastermix is designed for quantitative real-time PCR analysis of DNA samples. The components of EvaGreen qPCR Mastermix have been developed for outstanding performance with respect to sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio. The chemically modified Hotstart Taq polymerase as well as optimized buffers included in the mastermix significantly reduce non-specific PCR amplification commonly observed with regular Taq polymerase, primer dimers are completely elminated.
Another advantage is the elimination of non-specific signal in the ´no template control´ (NTC) -often associated with other qPCR Mastermix formulations or miRNA qPCR amplification.

EvaGreen qPCR Mastermix is ideally suited for:
