Genlantis has developed an improved method of cationic lipid-mediated transfection, called Advanced Conjugation Enhancement (ACE), that results in a significant increase in transfection efficiency in very hard to transfect cell lines, such as RAW 264.7, Hep G2 and many others (see below).
The GenePORTER® 3000 Transfection Reagent utilizes ACE technology and demonstrates a significant increase in transfection rates, and lower cytotoxicity compared to all other reagents on the market.
