Glioblastoma multiforme iPS cell line certified positive for pluripotency markers.
The human patient dermal fibroblasts are derived from cultured skin explants from a single donor for clear genetic background (Glioblastoma diagnosed by both MRI and CT-SCAN at age 40). Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is the most common and most aggressive malignant primary brain tumor in humans.
